All dispute resolution proceedings will:
- Be conducted in English, unless agreed otherwise.
- Abide by Indian laws.
- Occur in Mumbai, India.
7. Amendments:
Chamber of Prakash K. Pandya retains the right to amend this policy as required. Clients will be promptly notified of any significant changes.
8. Acceptance:
Engaging the services of Chamber of Prakash K. Pandya, purchasing eBooks, or subscribing to online services signifies an agreement to the terms and conditions laid out in this Fees and Refund Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms herein shall apply.
