He has associate and dedicated team members to take care of strict timely compliance of requirements of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, including array of valuers, security service providers, Chartered Accountants, forensic auditors and law firms.
He has acted as interim resolution professional and resolution professional (equivalent to Insolvency Representative /Bankruptcy Trustee in some jurisdictions) in a high ticket transactions. He has also been involved in resolution plan as well as liquidation of corporate under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
