Prakash K. Pandya is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He has acted as Interim Resolution Professional, Resolution Professional, and Liquidator under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, supported by a dedicated team of valuers, security service providers, chartered accountants, forensic auditors, and law firms.


Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)

We represent financial creditors, operational creditors, and corporate debtors in CIRP proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT.
