ABOUT LIE MCQ Practice Portal

Q. What is the LIE MCQ Practice Portal?
A. It is an online practice test for candidates
preparing for the Limited Insolvency Examination
(LIE) conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy
Board of India (IBBI). You attempt multiple-choice
questions and receive a personalised score and
detailed feedback by email within minutes of
submission.

Q. Who has built these questions?
A. The questions are built and reviewed by
Prakash K. Pandya — Advocate, Insolvency
Professional and Accredited Mediator practising
before NCLT, NCLAT, and the Bombay High Court
for over 25 years. The questions are based on
his direct practice experience with insolvency
proceedings, not textbook summaries.

Q. Which syllabus do the questions cover?
A. The current bank of 52 questions is aligned to
the Phase 10 syllabus effective 1 October 2026,
covering Supreme Court cases prescribed by IBBI.
Questions on High Court cases, NCLAT cases,
Regulations, Ethics and Pre-Packaged Insolvency
are being added progressively.

Q. Is this sufficient preparation for the LIE on
its own?
A. No. The Portal is a diagnostic and practice tool
— it shows you where you stand and helps identify
gaps. It is not a substitute for studying the IBC,
Rules, Regulations, and prescribed case laws in
full. Use it alongside a structured study plan.

Q. What are the current prices?
A. Early-access pricing (question bank expanding):
MCQ Portal (Practice) only: Rs. 499
eBook only: Rs. 1,499
Bundle (eBook + MCQ Portal – Practice): Rs. 1,799
Full prices once the MCQ bank and the Second edition of the eBook is complete will be
Rs. 999, Rs. 2,499 and Rs. 2,999 respectively.

Q. How do I purchase?
A. Write to pkpandya.ebook@gmail.com. You will receive payment
details by return. Once payment is confirmed,
your subscriber code and portal link are sent
to your email address within one working day.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. UPI and bank transfer. Details provided on
request.

Q. Do I need a Gmail account to use the portal?
A. No. You can use any email address — Gmail,
Outlook, Yahoo, or your professional email.
Your results are sent to whichever email
address you enter when submitting the test.

Q. How long does my subscription last?
A. 5 attempts or 1 year from your purchase date,
whichever is earlier.
You will receive:
— A warning email when you have 1 attempt remaining
— A 14-day advance notice when your subscription
is approaching its 1-year expiry date

Q. Will I receive future questions automatically?
A. Yes. All questions added to the bank during
your access period are included at no extra
charge. You do not need to do anything —
the updated bank is available the next time
you attempt the test.

ATTEMPTS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Q. What counts as an attempt?
A. An attempt is counted when your submission is
received by our system — that is, when you
click the final submit button and the Form
confirms your response has been recorded.
If your device shuts down or you lose
connectivity before clicking submit, no
attempt is consumed.

Q. My laptop battery died midway. Was my attempt
consumed?
A. If you had not yet clicked submit when the
device shut down, no attempt was consumed
and no data was recorded. Open the Form
again and start fresh. If you had already
clicked submit and saw the confirmation
screen, the attempt was consumed. We
recommend completing the test on a fully
charged device with a stable internet
connection.

Q. I submitted but did not receive a feedback
email. Was my attempt consumed?
A. Yes — once the Form records your submission,
the attempt is consumed. The feedback email
is usually delivered within 5 minutes.
If it has not arrived, check your spam or
promotions folder. If it is still not there
after 30 minutes, write to
pkpandya.ebook@gmail.com with your subscriber
code and we will resend it manually.

Q. Can I get more than 5 attempts?
A. Yes, by renewing your subscription at the
price that is prevailing at the time of renewal.
Early-access pricing is not guaranteed
at renewal.

Q. I lost my subscriber code. What happens to
my attempts?
A. Write to pkpandya.ebook@gmail.com with your name
and purchase details. We will verify your
identity and resend your code. However,
any attempts consumed before you reported
the loss cannot be reversed or refunded.
Please keep your subscriber code confidential
and do not share it.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Q. Can I get a refund?
A. No. All purchases are final, and no refunds
are issued under any circumstances. Please
read our full Terms and Conditions before
purchasing.

Q. The IBBI has changed the syllabus after I
purchased. Am I entitled to a refund?
A. No. Syllabus changes by IBBI after your
purchase are outside our control and do
not entitle you to a refund. We will
endeavour to update the question bank
to reflect material syllabus changes
within a reasonable time.

CONTENT AND ACCURACY

Q. How current is the law in the questions?
A. The law is stated as in force on 31 August
2026, including amendments passed by
Parliament on or before that date. This
aligns with the IBBI Phase 10 examination
cutoff. Subsequent developments are not
reflected unless the question bank is
specifically updated.

Q. I think a question or answer is incorrect.
What should I do?
A. Write to pkpandya.ebook@gmail.com with the question
number and your concern. We take accuracy
seriously and will review every query. If
a correction is warranted it will be made
and you will be notified.

Q. Can I share questions from the portal with
my study group?
A. No. All questions and explanations are
copyrighted. Copying, sharing, or
reproducing any content from the Portal
in any form is prohibited and may result
in termination of your subscription
